Job Description  

Renon Power is seeking a highly experienced and visionary C&I Sales Director to lead our North America sales team. This strategic role involves driving significant growth and establishing Renon Power as a leader in the commercial and industrial (C&I) energy market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-level sales strategies, managing senior sales teams, and significantly expanding our market presence across the region.

  Responsibilities  

• · Develop and implement high-impact sales strategies to achieve business goals and increase market share in North America's C&I energy sector.
• · Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales managers and representatives, fostering a high-performance culture.
• · Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and major accounts.
• · Drive business development initiatives to enter new markets and expand existing ones.
• · Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer service to align sales strategies with company objectives.
• · Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.

  Requirements  

• · Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• · Minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the renewable energy or C&I energy solutions industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• · Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
• · Deep understanding of the North American C&I energy market and industry dynamics.
• · Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• · Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• · Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• · Willingness to travel extensively as needed.
