• Do you provide warranty service?

  We are committed to warranty terms that 10 years for household ESS(5 for unconditional and 5 in regard to conditional) and 3 years for micro-grid ESS.

• What kind of support is provided in the warranty terms?

  We will make a detailed assessment of defective products before dealing with the issue; whether replacement or repairment would be kept up with if needed. Remote detection is much more preferred if out-of-distance, but we also provide on-site repairments, no worries.

• Can you assure me of reliable production capacity?

  Sure. We have two semi-automated production lines and two fully automated production lines. With all four production lines running and assuming 10 hours of work per day, we can produce 26,000 battery modules per month.

• What information could I get on the EMS functions?

  The EMS tools can show running status, real-time power, daily and accumulated energy information, and so on. It also can be used to configure parameters.

• Could you please provide me with more information about your BMS?

  We are proud to say that we are experts in BMS manufacture, and our BMS are developed independently by our professional R&D team. One thing worth mentioning is that our Mosfet could provide up to 120A current which we are ahead of the industry average of 100A. In terms of materials, we import the MCU from Maxim Integrated, and the circuit board materials are all Military Grade which represents a higher quality compared to the normal FR-4 materials. We also adopt conformal coating as protection of BMS circuit board, with covered with conformal coating, it appears to have excellent insulation, moisture-proof, anti-leakage, shock-proof, dust-proof, anti-corrosion, anti-aging, anti-corona and other attributes. According to our statistics, our PPM of product yield loss has been lowered to less than 1. In terms of software, we adopt parallel algorithms which do not need a current limiter.

• Does BMS have remote control? Is there some BMS tool (some software/App) where I can see all the s stem arameters, I can check the set and make adjustments. This is important for technician and service (e.g. if I need to flash the firmware)

  The ESS can realize remote control but it s not because of the BMS but our own Renon Cloud platform. About Renon Cloud: Built-in Wi-Fi module to connect to the Internet, upload data to the cloud backend, and receive control commands from the cloud. Cloud-based background management software can remotely view system operation data and set system working parameters and generate reports.

• Can the BMS recognize and adapt to the increased number of modules if I expand the storage?

  Yes, it uses auto-addressing technology, which allows the system to be automatically addressed after installation, eliminating the need for users to manually set the battery module addresses.

• With which battery cell manufacturers do you collaborate?

  We have established long-term relationships with a number of tier-1 cell manufacturers. We are currently working with the following cell manufacturers: CALB EVE CATL Slcopoly ETC Hlgee Llshen etc.

• How can I tell if your products will work with my inverter?

  Tested, our products can be matched to the vast majority of inverters on the market. If you find that there is an incompatibility problem with the inverter in use, you can send us a prototype and we will complete the matching within one to two weeks.

• Do Xtreme Series start on 20.48kWh or is there any possibility of lower capacity?

  Xtreme series started from 10.24kWh (at 2 battery modules), 5.12kWh per module (2.24kWh per module in Eu standard). Each set could stack up to 8 modules.
